By accessing this website, enrolling in a course, or participating in any continuing education offering provided by Body & Soul CE Academy, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully prior to registration.

Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Course access instructions, materials, and relevant forms will be sent to the email address provided at registration.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that the email address and personal information submitted during registration are accurate and up to date.

The unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or distribution of course materials or login credentials is strictly prohibited.

Courses are designed to meet national and/or state continuing education requirements for licensed massage therapists. As an NCBTMB Approved Provider, Body & Soul CE Academy submits courses for CE credit where applicable.

It is the participant’s responsibility to verify whether a course meets their specific state or licensing board requirements prior to enrollment.

Certificates of completion will be issued upon successful completion of all required course components, including attendance, assignments, and/or post-course assessments.

All payments are securely processed via third-party payment providers such as PayPal or Stripe. Payment must be received in full to secure course registration.

Please refer to the Cancellation Policy below for refund eligibility and transfer guidelines.

Participation in any Body & Soul CE Academy class requires completion of all required consent and liability forms, including:

• Medical history disclosure
   
• Participation consent
   
• Liability waiver and hold harmless agreement
   

These forms will be provided after registration and must be completed, signed, and submitted before or upon arrival at the class.

Participants are responsible for assessing their own physical ability to engage in course activities. Any known health conditions or contraindications—whether personal or related to a demonstration partner—should be evaluated and cleared by a licensed healthcare provider prior to participation.

Body & Soul CE Academy is not responsible for injuries sustained during any hands-on or demonstration activity.

Participants are solely responsible for all travel, lodging, and related expenses.

While every effort is made to ensure that classes are held as scheduled, Body & Soul CE Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment.

We strongly advise against making non-refundable travel arrangements. The academy is not liable for travel or accommodation costs under any circumstance.

We understand that scheduling conflicts and emergencies can arise. However, due to limited seating and pre-course planning, the following policies apply:

• Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 31 days prior to the scheduled class date.
   
• Within 30 days of the class date:
   
  • No refunds
     
  • No credits
     
  • No transfers to alternate classes or dates
     

Participants unable to attend within the 30-day window may transfer their registration to another qualified participant.

If Body & Soul CE Academy must cancel a course, participants will be offered the choice of a full refund or a transfer to a future class date.

Lost or misplaced CE certificates may be reissued upon request. A $25 processing fee applies to all replacement certificates.

While we aim to process certificate requests promptly, please allow additional time for verification and reissuance.

All participants are expected to uphold a standard of professionalism, respect, and courtesy toward instructors, staff, and fellow attendees.

Any behavior deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate—whether in person or online—may result in immediate removal from the class without refund or credit.

All course content—including written materials, videos, presentations, and handouts—is the exclusive intellectual property of Body & Soul CE Academy and its instructors.

No content may be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used for personal or commercial purposes without prior written consent.

By enrolling in a course, participants acknowledge that they are voluntarily engaging in educational and, where applicable, physical activities.

Body & Soul CE Academy and its representatives shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation. All risks associated with attendance and participation are assumed by the participant.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website.

Continued participation in courses constitutes agreement to the most recently updated terms.
